For one weekend a year, Seoul closes the ten-lane Banpo-daero boulevard and turns it into a concert ground — the signature move of this Seocho district festival, which has drawn a cumulative 1.34 million visitors since 2015. The 2026 edition, 'Seocho is the Music', caps a month-long borough-wide music journey with two days of multi-genre stages and citizen programs on the open avenue. Free (market and food booths excepted).
