About
The 47th reenactment of Joseon's royal farming rite at Seonnongdan altar — where kings prayed for good harvests and plowed the first furrow themselves. After the rite and royal procession, the crowd shares seolleongtang from giant cauldrons: the beef soup whose very name, tradition says, comes from this altar.
