About
Thirty thousand cornelian-cherry trees — many over 300 years old — turn Hwajeon-ri gold each March in Korea's largest sansuyu grove. The 20-ri flower road pairs yellow blossoms against green garlic fields, a painterly early-spring walk in quiet Uiseong.
