About
For one day, 700 meters of Janghan-ro go car-free under the theme 'a new gallop of culture' — a nod to the street's history, from the Joseon military horse pastures of Janghanpyeong to the modern used-car district. Performances, hands-on programs, and citizen events run the length of the road, including a pop-up roller rink and 'my car becomes a shop', where residents' own vehicles turn into market stalls. Free, 11:00–22:00.
