About
Seogwipo's signature citizens' festival, filling the old downtown and the Cheonjiyeon Waterfall area with a street parade — the centerpiece, joined by residents and community groups — plus multi-genre performances, busking, local-artist stages, food, and flea markets. 'Chilsimni' (seventy ri) is the poetic old measure of the town's reach, and the festival works as a walking tour of Seogwipo's harborfront identity. Free, 10:00–22:00.
