About
Yeoncheon is Korea's home of yulmu (Job's tears), the nutty grain brewed into one of the country's favorite warm drinks, and its festival sells the harvest at the source — set, remarkably, on the Jeongok-ri Prehistoric Site where Acheulean hand-axes rewrote Asian archaeology. Farm sales, agricultural-culture experiences, exhibitions, performances, and country-market food give it an old-school rural fair feel. Free, 10:00–17:00.
