About
Semiwon — a water-and-flower garden wrapped on three sides by Paldang Lake, Gyeonggi's first designated provincial garden — celebrates its lotus season: 270 plant species, traditional Eastern garden courts, exhibitions and performances timed to the blooms, on ground where the Joseon scholar Jeong Yak-yong once bridged the Han with boats.
