The UNESCO-listed royal tombs of the Joseon dynasty — 12 tomb clusters around Seoul and Gyeonggi, from Donggureung to Yeongwol's Jangneung — open up for ten days of tours, performances, exhibitions, and experience programs, each built on the particular story of its tomb. Now in its 7th year, the festival is the rare chance to see these serene, forested royal grounds animated after hours. Entry and program fees vary by site.
