About
Pyeongtaek's signature festival on the shores of Pyeongtaek Lake, built around the twin themes of water and light. The day runs family performances, hands-on programs, and food zones through the lakeside tourist complex; after dark the sky fills with the festival's headline fireworks show over the water. Local residents and artists carry much of the stage program, making it a friendly, low-key alternative to the megafestivals. Free, 11:00–21:00.
