About
Hwasun Jeokbyeok — the 'Red Cliffs' rising over a reservoir in a restricted watershed — is one of Jeolla's most striking and least-accessible landscapes, and this festival is the easiest way in. Programs include guided cliff walks, the GEO environmental concert, wellness sessions under the cliffs, local-produce markets, and community programs, with free shuttle buses running to the site. Free (some programs paid), 10:00–17:00.
