About
A dessert expo championing Gyeonggi rice as a baking ingredient: rice bakeries and rice-tteokbokki makers gather at Suwon Messe with sales zones, competitions, and hands-on programs promoting a healthier rice-based dessert culture. Free, 11:00–17:00 — a niche but tasty window into Korea's rice-flour baking boom.
