About
Gochang Eupseong (Moyang Fortress) is Korea's best-preserved town wall, and its festival is built on a charming legend: circle the wall once to cure leg ailments, twice for long life, three times for paradise. The signature dapseong wall-walk becomes a nighttime moonlight round combined with the ganggangsullae circle dance, joined by a 1,000-resident street parade, the 'Returns 1453' time-travel program inside the fortress, and markets of Gochang specialties. Free, 10:00–22:00.
