On the summit hill of Gamaksan in Geochang — the 'Star Wind Hill' — autumn wildflower fields bloom against one of southern Korea's best night skies. The sixth festival, themed 'a purple comma just for me', runs busking and sunset-hill concerts, a chrysanthemum-field walk, photo zones, a stamp tour, and a slow mailbox that delivers your letter before next year's festival. Local food tents serve bibimbap, gukbap, and jeon at village prices. Access by shuttle bus (3,000 won) or pre-booked private car.
