Autumn flower fields blanket Jaraseom — the river island in Gapyeong best known for its jazz festival — from September 12 to October 5. Weekends add busking and local performances, plus balloon art and family programs, farm-produce booths, and snack stalls. Of the 7,000 won ticket, 5,000 won comes back as local currency to spend at booths and in town cafes and restaurants. Boats cruise the Bukhangang riverfront and an electric shuttle covers the walk in
