The west coast at Byeonsan Beach turns crimson at dusk, and this three-day festival is built around that view: a red-wine festa and jazz festival against the sunset, a children's song contest, and a kite carnival of giant kites over the autumn sky. Sea breeze, music, wine, and the reddening horizon — aimed equally at families and couples. Free, 10:00–21:00, on the Byeonsan Peninsula's most famous beach.
