About
A relay festival linking the tourism assets of the DMZ border region, long split between separate counties, into one program — this edition connecting Ganghwa Island and Cheorwon. Both legs build hands-on programs around three shared themes: nature and ecology, the lives and stories of border residents, and reflection and healing. Venues include the Hwagae Garden on Gyodong Island (Ganghwa) and the history park in Cheorwon. Free; some programs need advance booking via the official site.
